Holly Tool & Die is hiring a CNC Machinist who can take a part from print through programming, setup, and production. This is a hands-on CNC turning role in a Haas-equipped shop, with real ownership over setups and programs rather than just running someone else's job. If you know your way around a CNC lathe and like owning your work end to end, this is built around that.

What you'll be doing

Program, set up, and operate CNC lathes to produce parts to print specifications.
Create and edit CNC programs using Fusion 360, and make adjustments at the machine as needed.
Select and install tooling and workholding, establish offsets, and prove out setups.
Read and interpret blueprints, dimensions, and tolerances.
Inspect first-piece and in-process parts using appropriate measuring tools.
Troubleshoot machining issues and adjust tooling, offsets, and cutting parameters to maintain part quality.
Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work area.

Machines, controls and software

Haas ST30Y, Haas SL10, and Haas HL2 CNC lathes. Programming is done in Fusion 360.

What we're looking forRequired

Experience independently programming, setting up, and operating CNC lathes.
Ability to read prints and machine parts to specified tolerances.
Proficiency with precision measuring instruments.
Must have your own tools.
Strong attention to detail and the ability to troubleshoot machining problems.

Preferred

Experience with Haas CNC lathes and controls.
Fusion 360 programming experience.

Pay, benefits and schedule

$30-40 per hour, depending on experience.
