Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate patients' mental health needs, resulting in individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Provide short-term individual counseling services and crisis intervention strategies for patients facing a variety of mental health challenges, fostering a safe and supportive space for open dialogue.

Qualifications\n

• Must possess an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Psychologist.

• A minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Master's or Doctoral degree is preferred.
