About Us

Located just steps from the beach on iconic Ocean Avenue, Saulino Smith Salon is where elevated style meets laid-back coastal energy.

Founded by industry veterans Richard Saulino and Hilary Smith, our salon was built on a simple idea: create a space where top-tier talent delivers exceptional results—without the ego. We specialize in customized cuts, dimensional color, and effortlessly modern looks—all in a space that feels equal parts luxury and home. Our goal? Every client walks out feeling as confident as they look.
