Respond to inquiries regarding billing, claims, and policy details in a helpful and timely manner. Maintain accurate client files and stay up to date on carrier requirements and changes. Actively listen to individual needs to identify opportunities for account rounding and better protection. Requirements Illinois Producer License for Property & Casualty, and Life. Previous experience working in an insurance agency or direct sales role. Solid understanding of personal lines and life insurance products.
