Job Description Job Description As a PLC Programmer, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining control systems within a defined scope. You will work closely with our engineering and production teams to ensure the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes, which will include onsite startup/commissioning at customer facilities, travelling to various sites. This role requires expertise in Allen Bradley and Siemens PLC software and Variable Frequency Drives (VFDs). Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and program control systems using Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs. Implement and configure VFDs for various applications. Integrate and troubleshoot control systems to enhance production efficiency. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve automation issues. Develop and maintain detailed documentation of control systems and processes. Provide onsite technical support and training to maintenance and production staff. Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. Qualifications: Minimum of 10 years of experience in control systems engineering within the food and beverage industries, oil & gas, and water/wastewater systems. Proficiency in programming and troubleshooting Allen Bradley and Siemens PLCs. Strong knowledge of VFDs and their applications in industrial settings. Experience with robotics integration and troubleshooting. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Strong communication and teamwork abilities. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Preferred Qualifications: Certifications in Allen Bradley and Siemens control systems.
