Step into a leadership role and help drive production success. As a Line Lead, you'll oversee daily operations on assigned production lines or processing areas, supporting the department supervisor with workforce coordination and workflow execution. You'll play a hands-on role in keeping production running safely, efficiently, and on schedule while helping guide and support team members on the floor. This promotional opportunity is ideal for motivated associates ready to grow their leadership skills, contribute to a positive work environment, and make a direct impact on team performance and production results.
This position has a base rate of $20.00 per hour, with opportunities for pay premiums, shift differentials and overtime where applicable. Annual bonus available (variable depending on performance).

Schedule: Wednesday through Saturday, 6:30am-5:30pm or until production is complete. Overtime may be scheduled as needed and directed by management.
