Independently managing a broad range of legal matters, the full-time Senior Corporate Paralegal will focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements while collaborating with attorneys and business stakeholders in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Review, draft, and negotiate various commercial agreements, including MSAs and vendor agreements Manage contract matters from intake through execution, ensuring efficient completion with internal stakeholders and attorneys Develop and implement scalable contracting processes and maintain corporate governance records Required Qualifications Minimum of 6 years of relevant paralegal experience, with substantial in-house experience Significant experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts with limited attorney supervision Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple competing priorities Bachelor's or associate degree required; paralegal certificate is a plus Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and contract lifecycle management tools
