Participate in design reviews and collaborate with product and design on flows, structure, sequencing, and language. Evolve and maintain content systems, including guidelines, voice frameworks, reusable content, test-result descriptions, lifestyle guidance, and wearables context. Collaborate with content, product, design, engineering, legal, and operations to align product language with broader Atria communications. Route content requiring clinical judgment, PHI, legal, or compliance review to the appropriate owner. Requirements 5-7 years of content design or UX writing experience on consumer-facing digital products, with a portfolio showing systems ownership — including shipped copy as well as the guidelines and patterns behind it. A track record of contributing to or maintaining content systems at scale: voice frameworks, pattern libraries, or documentation that other people adopt and use. Experience in health care, health technology is preferred, or another regulated, high-stakes industry, where precision and plain language matter and where getting either wrong has real-world and sometimes regulatory consequences. Working knowledge of how LLMs generate and can distort language, and hands-on experience using AI tools in a content workflow without letting them erode voice or exactness. Comfort holding a single brand voice across very different moments — a lab result, an onboarding screen, a scheduling reminder.
